Research Interests Exploring aspects of equality, inclusion and diversity at work, I pursue a mainly curiosity driven, yet theoretically rigorous, empirically grounded and policy relevant, research agenda. My research seeks to answer important questions and address significant problems that face workplaces, and focuses on equality, inclusion and diversity at work from comparative perspectives. Within this broad area of interest, I have developed two main research streams. At the core of both research streams lies the importance of leveraging the potential of a globally diverse and talented workforce integrated across different cultural contexts.

My first stream of research rests on exploring multi-domestic, relational, interdisciplinary and global approaches to diversity management. Specifically, taking a more macro-level perspective, I explore the institutional conditions that drive diversity practice adoption by organizations in a global context.

My second stream of research focuses on examining the cause and consequences of inclusion management.
