Abstract

Analyses the public procurement law implications of Brexit, including if the UK were to: (1) withdraw from the EU but remain a party to the Agreement on a European Economic Area 1992; (2) adopt the Swiss model of a bespoke trade arrangement with the EU; (3) accede to the World Trade Organisation Agreement on Government Procurement 2012; or (4) decide not to be a party to any international agreements that constrain its public procurement policy.
