Dr SHAUN WARRINGTON
Research Interests | My research is focussed on the development of methods for robust estimations of structural connectivity, comparing connectivity across diverse brains, and exploring the associations between brain connectivity and measures of human behaviour. I recently developed XTRACT for standardised and automated tractography in the human and non-human primate (macaque) brain and continue to expand this toolbox to additional brains (across the lifespan and species). I am also developing methods for data-driven tractography across species, to negate the need for anatomical priors. In addition to these works, I am also interested in exploring the associations between brain connectivity and measures of human behaviour, and particularly in the methods used in this field. |
