Abstract

Article challenging current approaches to addressing corruption through public procurement regulations, seeking to debunk existing theories and approaches through a sustained and supported critique of the bases for these approaches. Whilst not providing a solution, the article proposes novel approaches to tackling the issues and recommending, at least, a rethinking of the failed approaches to date.
