Abstract

Diagnosis of fifth metacarpal head fracture with collateral ligament injuries can be difficult. We present a case of a professional cricketer with a fifth metacarpal head fracture. who played a match before pain made the injury obvious. Following immobilization. she returned to baseline within six weeks using non-surgical management.
